These frames were originally created during the R&D phase at Newfangled studios for an upcoming shoot in the spring of 2017. Though the final direction of the spot strayed from this visually, you can still feel the influence of these frames in the lighting and palette throughout.
I really loved the style and feel of these frames, and even if they didn't make it to the final project untouched, their influence is absolutely felt in the piece. That being said, they stand well on their own as a visual experiment, and that's how they'll live on.
I had a ton of fun diving in to Cinema4D and really pushing my materials and renders to get the bright, refracted, glassy look I was going for.
